More than 40,000 drop-side cribs from Ethan Allen, Angel Line and Victory Lands Heritage Collection are being recalled because the cribs could pose suffocation or entrapment risks.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the drop-side rail could detach because of faulty hardware.

Drop-side cribs have been blames in the deaths of at least 32 infants and toddlers since 2000 and may be responsible for in 14 more fatalities.
